Linen, Towels and Cleaning charge of €70 payable on arrival to the apartment.
Changeover Day - The apartment needs to be vacated by 10:30am on change over days. The preferred change over day is Saturday although other days can be arranged. On your arrival day the apartment will be available from 15:00pm.
Prices are per week. For shorter breaks please contact us for a competitive quote.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required when making a booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £125 refundable security deposit is also required when making a booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of you leaving the apartment, following a satisfactory inspection of the property by the management company.
